Chris Waldrop is a native Floridian, born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. In 2005, Chris left Florida to intern at the Calvary Chapel Bible College in Siegen, Germany. While serving at the Bible College, Chris met his lovely bride, Nada, a native Croatian who grew up in Germany and they married in May of 2007. Looking back, Chris recalls “only the Lord knew - the short four month internship, was going to turn into just over thirteen years of foreign missions and include all kinds of ministry: many years of Bible College ministry, missions in many parts of Eastern Europe, and assisting in several church plants in Croatia, Ireland, and Germany.”

After eight wonderful years of pioneering and pastoring the Livestone Chapel in Münster, Germany, Chris and Nada knew the Lord wanted them to transition with their four children: Simeon, Levi, Elise and Judah back to Florida for a new assignment. Unsure of what ministry God had for them stateside, they handed over the church and moved to Satellite Beach to assist the team at Calvary Chapel Surfside. BUT God knew all along that they were brought to Calvary Surfside for a long term ministry need and opportunity. And after serving the church body in all areas of ministry in 2019 - Chris stepped into the Lead Pastor role here at Calvary Surfside in Jan. 2020.
